All of our products are made to order specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or unwanted items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
